GATE 2013 Answer Key – www.gate.iitb.ac.in – Get your Answer key online and offline examination

Indian Institutes of Technology in association with Indian Institute of Science will soon going to publish GATE 2013 Answer Key for Online Exam as well offline Examination on it’s official website www.gate.iitb.ac.in and also on all IITs websites as well.

GATE examination is the key to make successful career in firm of engineering as based on performance and score card, students can get admission into various post graduate programmes in in all the government and self finance institutes which offers technical studies in form of engineering.

GATE conducts by all seven IITS (IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras and IIT Roorkee) in association with IIsc, Bangalore. It’s an aptitude test which decides whether candidates are able to provide seat allotment in PG Engineering courses into various engineering institutes across all over India.

From this time on wards slightly changes has been made by officials as this time it will be conducted in two modes. 1. Online and 2. Offline. Before this exam had been conducted only in offline mode in which applied candidates have to attended it by written answer in answer sheet.

GATE 2013 Exam Date for online examination has been already successfully conducted om 20th January 2013 while offline examination is scheduled to be held on 10th February 2013.

GATE 2013 Online Examination: 20.1.2013 (20th January 2013)

Paper 1: AR (architecture), CE (Civil Engineering), GG (Geology and Geophysics), MA (Mathematics), MT (Metallurgical Engineering), PH (Physics)

Paper 2: AE (Aerospace Engineering), AG (Agricultural Engineering), BT (Biotechnology), CH (Chemical Engineering), CY (Chemistry), MN (Mining Engineering), XE( Engineering Sciences), XL( Life Sciences)

GATE 2013 Offline Examination: 10.2.2013 (10th February 2013)

Paper 1 : CS (computer science), ME (Mechanical Engineering)

Paper 2: EC (Electronics and Communication Engineering), EE (Electrical Engineering)

Online Examination has been conducted now only offline examination rest which will be taken on upcoming next Sunday means 10th February commence from Morning. Answer key for both examination will be posted online so that candidates can guess estimated marks based on this.

GATE exam is conducted by IIT's and IISc on behalf of Ministry of Human Resource Department. Admission to the Mtech programs in these prestigious institutions is done through GATE Exam. The exam could vary based on the specific engineering or science stream, which student has opted for, that is GATE exam will have separate papers for different engineering branches like civil, electrical, mechanical, electronics, computer science and so on. There are certain common sections like questions in mathematics. GATE score of more than 95 is usually needed for admission to Mtech programs in top institutions. Some IIT’s and IISc may need score of about 98 too. Attached below are previous years question papers for GATE exam.
